Delete your YoPro account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in the YoPro app or on this website. Deleting your account is permanent. It can't be undone, and we can't recover anything afterwards.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in to the YoPro app, or to yopro.in.
  2. Open your profile and tap the menu at the top.
  3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

What's deleted

Your profile, username and clips, who you follow and who follows you, follow requests, saved professionals, blocked accounts, notifications, your photo, verification documents, payout details and your sign-in. Your profile disappears from YoPro and search straight away.

What's kept

Records of your bookings, payments and earnings, which we must keep for tax and to settle disputes. They keep your name as it was. Messages you sent stay with the people you sent them to, from “Deleted account”.

Before you delete

You can't delete your account while you have a paid session coming up, or a payment held or under review in escrow. Cancel or finish those first. If you have earnings still to be paid out, contact support so we can pay you first.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@yopro.in from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with, and we'll delete it for you.
