How an online consultation works

Compare interior designers by experience, languages, price and reviews from people who finished a session.
2. Pick a time and say what you need
Choose a slot from their live calendar and describe your question. You pay once, when you book.
3. Talk on video
Join from your browser or the YoPro Android app. No meeting links to chase, no phone tag.
Before your call
- Photos and a short video of the space, taken in daylight.
- Room measurements, or a floor plan if you have one.

- Your budget, and what has to stay.
Your payment is protected
You pay when you book, and YoPro holds it — the interior designer isn't paid yet. If they decline or cancel, you get it all back. After the session you have 72 hours to tell us if something went wrong.

Can a designer really help just by video?
Yes. You can walk them round the room on your phone during the call, and send photos and measurements in messages. Many decisions — layout, colour, lighting — can be made that way.
Do I need a floor plan?
It helps, but measurements of the main walls, windows and doors are enough to start.
Interior designer or architect: who should I talk to?
An interior designer for furnishing, finishes and layouts within your existing walls; an architect for structural changes, extensions or a new build.
How much does it cost to talk to an interior designer on YoPro?
Each interior designer sets their own price, from ₹100 to ₹50,000 a session, and you see it before you book. You pay once, and YoPro holds the payment until the session is done.
How long should I book?
Sessions are 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The shorter ones suit a single question; book 45 or 60 for a first consultation, or anything with several documents to go through.
What if the session doesn't go as expected?
You have 72 hours after the session to tell us you're not satisfied, and our team looks at what happened before any money is released. If the professional declines or cancels, you're refunded in full.
