Your payment is protected
You pay when you book, and YoPro holds it — the lawyer isn't paid yet. If they decline or cancel, you get it all back. After the session you have 72 hours to tell us if something went wrong.

Can a lawyer give legal advice over a video call?
Yes. A consultation is a conversation about your situation and your options, and it works the same on video as across a desk. Representing you in court is a separate matter.
Is what I tell the lawyer confidential?
The call is between you and the lawyer. YoPro doesn't record calls. Share documents in the session or in YoPro's messages, never in a public post.
What should I ask in a first consultation?
Say what outcome you want and what has already happened. Then ask what your options are, what each might cost and take, and what you should — or shouldn't — do next.
How much does it cost to talk to a lawyer on YoPro?
Each lawyer sets their own price, from ₹100 to ₹50,000 a session, and you see it before you book. You pay once, and YoPro holds the payment until the session is done.
How long should I book?
Sessions are 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The shorter ones suit a single question; book 45 or 60 for a first consultation, or anything with several documents to go through.
What if the session doesn't go as expected?
You have 72 hours after the session to tell us you're not satisfied, and our team looks at what happened before any money is released. If the professional declines or cancels, you're refunded in full.
