Be who you say you are
Use your real name. Only claim qualifications, licences and experience you actually have. Pretending to be another person or professional gets an account removed.
Keep payments on YoPro
Book and pay through the app. Asking a client to pay outside YoPro removes the protections both of you rely on, and is grounds for suspension.
Show up and do the work
Professionals: be on time, give the advice you advertised, and cancel early if you must. Clients: be on time and treat professionals with respect.
Respect people
No harassment, threats, hate or discrimination, in calls, clips or profiles.
Post only what you have the right to
Clips must be yours to share. Never post a client, or anything from a session, without their clear agreement.
Know the limits of a video call
Advice on YoPro isn't a substitute for emergency services. If someone is in danger, call 112.
Report what's wrong
Use Report on a profile or clip. Reports are anonymous and reviewed by our team. Block anyone you don't want to hear from.
